Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Truck owners love to make a statement. That is why we conceptualized our incredibly high grilles with tons of chrome and snazzy badging. The sheet metal and grille are the most obvious changes to the design of the new 2019 Ram 1500. The RAM’s head badge also received a subtle modern redesign.

At first glance, it appears to be the same badge that’s graced Dodge and Ram vehicles for years. But if you look closely you will notice that this new design has sharp geometric corners and straight edges in lieu of the original curves. It has a chiseled dramatic appearance rather than carved and is a far cry from the ornate Ram’s head that made its first appearance in 1981.

This new design also features new “RAM” lettering, replacing the crosshair in the truck’s grille.

Little things like this do a lot to keep a vehicle’s design fresh. Dodge seems to be the only brand able to seamlessly change logos while maintaining brand cohesiveness.
